Relax With Sedation During Your Sinus Lift Procedure
A sinus lift is a procedure that adds more bone to your upper jaw when there isn’t enough height. This often happens when you have lost teeth, your jawbone has shrunk, or your sinuses are too close to the jaw. A sinus lift is a type of bone graft that adds new bone to your upper jaw so you can get dental implants inserted. Your dentist will place synthetic bone material in your upper jaw that will stimulate the growth of new bone cells.
